Every year, I have friends who do the NaNoWriMo challenge - National Novel Writing Month. Which is international now, but the name is stuck. The official goal is to write 50,000 words in a month's time, which is the length of a short novel.
I am not going to write a novel, and I'm certainly not going to write 50,000 words. But I am going to try writing a blog post a day during the month of November, just to see if I can.
(This is where I cheat and backdate this post to Nov 1st, even though it's really November 2nd. Shhh! Don't tell on me!)
